We worked with city and neighborhood ordinances to design and build a multipurpose building that was also environmentally friendly.
Our design looked ahead to future expansions as the company's needs grew. Overhead door openings were built in advance of an addition when the walls were cut open to provide access to the new space.
Working with the city to protect the environment.
Because of the building’s size, building codes required many more parking spaces than the company needed. We worked with the city to get an exception, since much of this building is used for storage. This allowed us to preserve more of the landscape around the site.
Rugged and beautiful.
Although this combination office, manufacturing center, and warehouse required a rugged interior to accommodate equipment and high-volume production, that doesn’t mean it couldn’t also look good. Our designs were a perfect fit for the city’s conformity and harmony ordinance—in place to ensure environmentally pleasing buildings in the industrial park. A beautiful bay of windows lets natural light into the wood-detailed interior and grand staircase, a truly warm welcome for the professionals who work here.
