Nisswa City Hall
Excellent communication kept this city hall project on time and on budget for this community.
Because the city hall also houses the police station, there were unique safety requirements, including security glass and steel mesh reinforced walls.
Communication was the focus.
As Construction Manager, our role was to look out for the best interests of the teams we were working with the city, its mayor, the general contractor, and the architect. This required excellent communication and coordination, accomplished through our weekly meetings with the principals.
One building to house several public services.
On one side of the building is the police station. On the other, city offices and parks & recreation. At the end of the building, the inviting city hall chambers are framed by timbers for an authentic North Woods atmosphere.
