Although the original plans called for a remodel, our construction plan actually made it more feasible to rebuild.

The architectural plans for the bank project had been completed before the bid process. But during construction, we found that the plans did not address access to the property from the highway. Relying on our expertise in design, we were able to solve the problem and create an access plan. Our project superintendent worked with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to create the approaches on and off the state highway.
