Cuyuna Regional Medical Center

We completed a 30-month, multi-phase addition and renovation project for Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. The facilities remained open without interruption.

Building an environment that promotes healing.

To complement Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s compassionate, state-of-the-art health care, we constructed welcoming and comfortable environments for staff, patients, and their families. Broadly curved hallways flow together for an open, airy feel. Natural materials, such as fine woodgrain, give patient rooms a touch of home. And the clean and uncluttered common areas welcome both one-on-one and larger gatherings.

Ensuring a safe. comfortable transition.

We applied our expertise in disruption avoidance and infection control during the building process. As a result, the staff was able to work, and patients to heal, as construction went on around them safely. Each week, we met with CRMC staff to go over possible changes or improvements to our construction plans. These efforts included daily cleanup, negative air pressure, and HEPA filter exhaust machines. After inspecting the facilities, state authorities proclaimed our preventative measures among the best they’d ever seen.
