This rustic lodge-style home, designed by Pearson Design Group, Inc., was built with reclaimed materials of the highest quality for durability, size, sustainability and aesthetic. Nor-Son’s skilled craftsmen demonstrated their ability to deliver a complex project to exact detail, while protecting the authentic timbers and aged stone. The resulting estate is a lasting legacy that began as the owner’s vision and with Nor-Son’s experienced personnel, became a remarkable architectural reality.

Environmental Stewardship
The owners wanted to create a sustainable structure that would enhance the natural surroundings. Collaborating with environmental officials, indigenous plants were selected to restore the site to a natural lakeshore status, transforming the landscape from 80% manicured to 80% native shoreline.
