Bob Sweeney Named Chairman of the Board. 

Nor-Son, Inc., an integrated consulting, design and construction services firm, announces the appointment of new leadership positions.

Nor-Son is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Kuehl as president and chief executive officer. The move takes effect January 1, 2012. Kuehl most recently served as Nor-Son's vice president of marketing and sales, overseeing the organization's strategic business development efforts since 2008. Kuehl brings more than 20 years of experience in leading organizational growth by shaping corporate brand portfolios. Kuehl is poised to position the integrated consulting, design and construction services firm for strategic growth.

Bob Sweeney, former longtime CEO, moves to the position of Chairman of the Board. In addition to his Board responsibilities, Sweeney will remain engaged with the company's business development as well as its customer and community relationship efforts.

Kuehl holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with honors from Minnesota State University at Mankato. He and his wife Tami live in Nisswa, Minnesota with their 3 children.
