Nor-Son, Inc. to Provide Construction Management Services for New Hospital in Perham
Rural Healthcare in a Small Town Meets the Needs of the Community in a Big Way

Nor-Son, Inc. participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for the Perham Memorial Hospital in Perham, MN on Monday, November 2, 2009. Over 100 gathered to mark the beginning of construction on a new 110,000 square foot hospital. Due to extensive experience in rural healthcare construction, Nor-Son was chosen to provide Construction Management Services for the $35 million dollar healthcare project.
The new 25-bed critical access hospital and clinic will focus on patient and family centered care. Patient rooms will be single occupancy with adequate area to accommodate families and visitors. Lounge areas and views to outdoor patio space and gardens will enhance the interior and promote a healing environment. Different levels of lighting combined with natural light will assist staff while ambient lighting sources will gently glow making patients and visitors feel as comfortable as they would at home.
This new state-of-the-art facility will provide easy access to rural healthcare for residents in all of East Ottertail County.
