Position: Residential Project Manager

Description:

Nor-Son Custom Builders, a construction firm with offices in Baxter and Wayzata, MN, is seeking to hire a Project Manager for our residential division in our Baxter, MN, or our Wayzata, MN location.

 

Primary responsibilities will be assisting the on-site management team through all phases of the construction process including, safety, estimating & procurement, cost control, coordinating & scheduling, quality control, project administration, personnel management & supervision, and customer, vendor, and subcontractor relations.

 

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong estimating skills and experience in preparing both preliminary cost models and viable bids for a very competitive market. Ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork skills. Travel may be required.
