Position: Residential Foreman (Crew Leader)

Description:

Nor-Son Custom Builders, a construction firm with offices in Baxter and Wayzata, MN, is seeking to hire a Foreman for our residential division in both our Baxter and Wayzata, MN locations.

 

Primary responsibilities will be assisting the on-site project team through all phases of project execution including, supervising project field activities, coordination of subcontractors’, quality and safety culture on the project site, in addition to other duties associated with residential construction.

 

2 years supervising experience required.   2-4 years related construction expereince required. Ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel.  Be passionate about detail and craftsmanship and possess a positive attitude and be committed to excellence.  Strong leadership, problem solving, initiative and teamwork skills are a must.   Travel may be required.
