Description:

Seeking a BIM Technician to join our Commercial Architectural Team in Baxter, MN.

The Commercial BIM Technician is a skilled Autodesk user with high proficiency in commercial construction technology.  Individuals in this position must have working knowledge of planning standards, architectural standards, and construction detailing.  Responsibilities include producing high quality conceptual and preliminary design documents, and construction drawings and specifications, in addition to other duties associated with commercial construction.

A minimum of a 2-year technical college degree in Architectural Technology or similar programs.  Experience in Autodesk Revit and construction technology is required.  Must possess strong interpersonal skills.  Must have good oral and written communications skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines.  Team player and strong commitment to customer service a must.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working in an architectural office is required.
