Position: Residential Building Services Project Coordinator

Description:
The Building Services Project Coordinator will be responsible for project execution support to multiple team members. They will provide contract management and financial management support from the beginning of the project (bidding/estimating process), all functions involving the set-up of projects, invoicing, billings, contractual and administrative procedures. This position will provide a high level of customer service and requires professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.
An associate degree or higher is preferred, but not required. A minimum of 5 years administrative experience with knowledge of the construction industry along with billing and accounting experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of project management software including Builder Trend and/or Procore, PDF systems and Sage Construction. Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail along with strong communication and customer service skills are required. Must have the ability to work effectively with others with a high level of professionalism, work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must possess an understanding of contract administration, tracking and follow up of quotes, proposals and pay requests.
