Position: Commercial Superintendent

Description:

The Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the work crew, subcontractors, and other individuals on the construction worksite.  They will be responsible for project execution in accordance with plans and specifications, project safety, crew productivity, and project schedule management.  This position will provide a high level of customer service and requires professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.

 

Two years of construction experience in a supervisory role.  The ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Construction management degree and 10 years or more of previous construction experience.
